UNC Charlotte offers limited special tours to large groups from the community with four weeks or more advance notice. The tours are led by a student tour guide and include a tour of the campus with general information given about each building. The tour does not include campus housing or the interior of the academic buildings. Please note that special tours are available during the morning hours only, Mondays through Fridays. The following criteria must be met in order for your tour group to be approved:
- The reservation must be made four weeks in advance of the requested tour date.
- The tour must be comprised of juniors and seniors in high school. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate groups of students in elementary, middle school or those students who have not achieved junior status in high school.
- The group must have received an email confirmation of their date and time before arriving on campus.
- The tour group must arrive promptly. Any tour group that arrives 30 minutes or more late for their tour will not be given a tour and must reschedule.

- Contact Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Contact Email
- Contact Address
- Date and time of tour request
- Number of students in the group
- Number of chaperones
- Makeup of group- # of juniors, # of seniors
- Purpose of special tour
